Update...

Daddy and Evangeline during prayer in the afternoon service
at Richland Camp (mid August).
Hello everyone!

Thanks for all the comments - hearing from you all gives us something to look forward to!

We're hanging' in here, but sometimes only by a thread! :) We're still working on the process of getting Dad into Johns Hopkins, but are running into some problems. Mainly - the secretaries who say they have send his report actually have not (long story but it's been going on since last Thursday) and we can't get him into the hospital without the reports. It's extremely frustrating to say the least, and time is of utmost importance! Please make this a matter of prayer!

Also, our mom is now facing some possible health issues, but I don't want to say until we find out for sure. She's going for tests on Tuesday, so we should know more then...? At this point we don't know if it is serious or not, but you can pray for her too while you're at it.

As for us girls - we aren't sick yet (as far as we know), but by the way things are going, you can just about expect something to happen! :)

Thanks again for all your prayers and support! We love you all!
E

Thanks so much for the update. How frustrating to be at the "mercy" of a secretary! Keep hanging in there ~ the thread is stronger than you think! I am so glad your mom and dad have you girls to help them out. Praying much. Love you all!

So glad for the update as we were wondering what's happening with your family! So sorry for secretaries not sending in the reports that should've been sent!! Hopefully it will happen rather quickly. Sorry to hear about your Mother, too! We hope the tests all come back okay and there's nothing major with her. You girls have to stay well! We just want to assure you that we along with our Church people are continuing to lift you all up to our Great Physician! He knows about each one of your family and where you all are. Keep the faith!! Tell your parents we asked about them. We love you all!!!!! Also, I really like the picture of Evangeline & your Dad during Prayer time at camp.

I hope things go well for your Dad. I don't really know you, but we have emailed before.
I am a secretary at a Clinic myself, and I hate it when people are irresponsible. Sometimes, it is a true issue of not enough time in the day to do everything for all the patients, but sometimes I don't know what makes people not care about doing their job. Some workers are just something else. I will be praying.
